Doctors For You invites applications for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Head for its Tuberculosis (TB) Projects. The role will be based at the administrative office in Gurugram (NCR of Delhi) and requires frequent travel (up to 70%) to project locations.

The selected candidate will provide strategic oversight and leadership for monitoring and evaluation frameworks across TB projects, including PPSA, DR-TB, NAAT Labs, and Active Case Finding (ACF). Responsibilities include preparing M&E plans, overseeing data collection and quality assurance, conducting field supervision visits, managing and analysing project data, coordinating evaluations, and using findings for advocacy and policy impact.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant public health or social science discipline, with 4–5 years of overall experience in public health and at least 1–2 years in M&E at national or state levels. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and statistical tools such as R, Python, or STATA, and in-depth knowledge of the Ni-Kshay portal are essential. The role demands excellent communication, documentation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
